Terms of Service

Last updated: January 27, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of 3vier’s apps, website, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

3vier provides tools that help users recognize potential scams and decide on safer next steps.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

3vier is designed for families and guardians. Children under 13 should not use the Service without a parent or guardian.

3. What the Service does (and does not do)

3vier provides guidance based on scam patterns and signals. It is not a bank, law enforcement agency, or emergency service.

3vier does not guarantee that a scam will be prevented or that losses will be avoided. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • Use the Service for illegal activity or to promote fraud or deception.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls or quotas.
  • Upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or harmful content.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate others’ rights.
  • Attempt to access data that is not yours.

5. User content and feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant 3vier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.

If you share scam examples with us, do not include passwords, payment card details, or one-time codes.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Your purchase and any refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase, subject to that store’s policies.

Pricing and availability may change. If required, you will be notified through the store or within the Service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. By using 3vier, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by 3vier and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as app stores and subscription management). 3vier is not responsible for third-party services and their terms and policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3vier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3vier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

3vier’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to 3vier for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3vier from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect users, the Service, or our systems.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You must cancel subscriptions through the app store where you purchased them.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version and update the date above.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 3vier is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
